- How about shipping cost for wholesale ?

The shipping is free for slingshots and accessories.
The shipping of ammo is calculated on a "weight" basis.

- How can I trace my order ?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you may track your package at any time.

- How long will it take to delivery ?

Your order needs 5 business days to be processed before dispatch.It takes around 7 business days of delivery.

- Are the package insured ?

WE GUARANTEE SAFE DELIVERY.We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipping.

- Do I need to pay tax ?

The customs taxs are usually not applied as we declare the package as gift at low value. However, if customs fees are applied they are the responsibility of the customer.

Please read these key points before returning products.

- The item(s) you received is not same as description or has some issue. Please notify us within 3 days after receipt of goods to exchange or refund.We will offer shipping costs.
The product condition must be 100% brand new.It must never have been used.Once you have used the slingshot or the box broken,the exchange/refund policy is void.

- The slingshots has some issue which was not caused by humans within 30 days after receipt of goods. We offer free repair and all shipping costs.If the damage is caused by human, buyer needs to pay shipping and repair fee.

- Buyer will be charged shipping and repair fee after 30 days from the time of receipt.
